Over the course of five days, participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops led by knowledgeable trainers from Western Australia (WA). These workshops will take place in a commercial restaurant setting, providing a hands-on learning experience. Participants will gain practical training in various aspects of the restaurant industry, such as managing dockets during nighttime service, mastering the art of plate up, and handling different aspects of service. Additionally, the evening sessions will feature keynote speakers, including renowned WA chefs who will share their expertise. Notable speakers will include representatives from Buy West Eat Best, promoting local produce, as well as a Bush Food specialist, showcasing the unique flavors of the region.
