Chia Seed Pudding

  • 4 Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 270g tin coconut milk (Ayam is a great brand)
  • 3 Tbsp. 100% maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together then add in coconut milk and stir until all combined.
  2. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3hrs or until firm.
  3. Serve with fresh berries.

Tip: To make fruit or vanilla variations just remove cacao powder and use 1 tbsp. vanilla bean paste or ΒΌ cup pureed berries or fruit.
