Djinda Ngardak Gala Evening 2025
Experience Culture Through Cuisine - Join us at the stunning St Aidan Winery for an unforgettable evening celebrating culture, connection, and culinary creativity.
The Djinda Ngardak Gala Evening is a powerful tribute to the culinary talents of Aboriginal youth participating in the Djinda Ngardak Culinary Program. Guided by Elders, local custodians, and some of Australia’s leading chefs, these young participants craft a distinctive dining journey—one that showcases First Nations-inspired cuisine using regional West Australian produce and seasonal native ingredients.
