Catherine MacDougall – Co-founder and Program Director

Chef, Educator, trainer and passionate global citizen. My journey was influenced by my parents who lived in remote areas of the world. Their love of culture and people and the unique are things that influence me today.

Paul Bodlovich - Executive Officer

As Executive Officer my role is to support the Board, staff and volunteers at PPP to achieve the maximum impact that we can through our programs.  This is everything from helping to identify opportunities and look after our networks and relationships, to building financial security, to making sure that our governance and processes are as effective and efficient as they can be.

My professional background is in running small not-for-profit organisations, and in recent years I’ve been doing this on a consultancy basis as well as my part-time role with PPP.

Shay Duncan – Beverage Program Manger

My role within PPP is to drive the growth of the Beverage Program in order to maximise the social impact we can create through PPP. This includes further development of our bespoke Kepa Kwab Beverage into the market, along with other beverage lines we have in the pipeline. The beverage program offers an innovative way to create social impact and connect to community and culture.

Head Chef - Tanya Healy

I’ve been fortunate to spend more than 30 years working in some of the most respected kitchens and restaurants. Today, I lead Prepare Produce Provide’s Djinda Ngardak Culinary Program and the 5000 Meals Program—initiatives that combine my love of food with my passion for making a difference. My goal is simple: to use food as a way to connect people, celebrate culture, and create opportunities for young people to explore a future in hospitality.

Whether I’m helping students prepare for a gala dinner, training in a remote community, or working with volunteers and fellow chefs, I try to approach every project with respect, adaptability, and a focus on creating meaningful learning experiences. For me, the real success isn’t just the food we serve—it’s the skills, confidence, and connections that are built along the way. And if, along the journey we share a good meal and a few laughs, then I know we’re truly on the right path.
