Mustard and fermented salsa

Make a range of mustards and fermented salsas from scratch and fermenting seasonal products.

This workshop will look at your fridge, pantry and what’s growing in your garden, and bring that together with local, seasonal produce. Traditional Australian botanicals are also incorporated, with cultural reverence, to create a series of hands-on, relevant and practical recipes for everyday use.

These workshops meet Teacher Registration requirements and AITSL standards. Certificate & tax invoice issued on completion of workshops.
