Each school contact person or teacher needs to complete the ‘Participation Information Form’ for all students and teachers attending the Djinda Ngardak Culinary Youth Camp. Please complete all the relevant details for each participant. There is room for 5 students and 3 teachers on the one form. This form must be submitted to complete registration and secure your place.‍ ‍
