2026 Program

23rd - 27th November 2026

This week-long experience brings together students and educators for a unique journey of hands-on culinary workshops and cultural learning.

You will be welcomed to country by Elders, who will guide and support you throughout your time in the program. You will be led by our collaborative and passionate team through your culinary training and cultural immersion for 2026.

We promote strong cultural values and identity while developing high level skills and understanding of the hospitality industry. Throughout the experience students and teachers are involved in masterclasses working with industry professionals to develop dishes using local produce and traditional ingredients.
