 Culinary Trainers and Bushfood Specialists

Our program is powered by a team of expert trainers and chefs who share a deep passion for Australian native ingredients and cultural knowledge. They are committed to mentoring youth, supporting teachers, and preserving traditions through hands-on training and storytelling.

These professionals bring extensive expertise in bushfoods and native cuisine, a profound respect for Country and cultural protocols and dedication to education and skill development for young people.

Their work ensures that every student experience is authentic, inspiring, and aligned with curriculum standards while celebrating the richness of First Nations food culture.

We were very fortunate to have some of these dedicated professionals on hand to assist with the WA Secondary Schools Bush Food Sate Competition as mentors and judges. We are extremely grateful to them for their contributions.
