Prepare Produce Provide Head Chef Tanya Healy invites you to immerse yourself in this exclusive 50-ticket only event, High Tea & Supper @ 6 pm on 27th November 2026 at Cullen’s Winery. Join 25 First Nations culinary students in celebrating Indigenous cultural pride, storytelling and community connections, developing their modern native culinary skills.

The event commences at 4:00pm with High Tea prepared with Prepare Produce Provides special indigenous brews served with pastries, sandwiches and cakes, followed by Supper @ 6 - a unique three-course meal, featuring local farm products and traditional ingredients.

Our Djinda Ngardak students will work alongside an incredible line-up of chefs - Romain Lassiaille, Melissa Palinkas, Paul Iskov (Yoda), and Dan Lyndon—as well as drinks specialist Suze Whelan and a small team of South Regional TAFE hospitality students lead by Johnese Mullens.

You will have the opportunity to speak with chefs and students involved in the Djinda Ngardak program on the night making it a very personal evening. You will be entertained throughout the evening by First Nations singer, songwriter and producer Boox Kid.
