Kitchen Without Borders celebrates the relationships, conversations, ingredients, and experiences that emerge when people gather around food. It is a collection of stories from Terra Madre, highlighting the connections forged through shared meals, cultural exchange, and a common commitment to caring for people, place, and planet.
Our role at Terra Madre 2026
At Terra Madre 2026, the Prepare Produce Provide delegation will present as part of Kitchen Without Borders, sharing the stories, cultural significance, and contemporary applications of five Australian hero ingredients. Through storytelling, conversation, and food, our team will be showcasing five hero ingredients, and explaining how Indigenous knowledge, biodiversity, and cultural traditions continue to shape sustainable futures for communities and Country.
This is more than a presentation. It is an opportunity for our delegates to share culture on a global stage, learn from food communities across the world, and bring new ideas, relationships, and inspiration back to Country.
