Natelle Lee

Natelle began working in kitchens around 30 years ago and has had many wonderful experiences.  From airline catering, fine dining restaurants, hospitals, super yachts, music festivals and events catering. 

Some high lights include cooking for the queen, using helicopters to fly to remote locations for hidden outback BBQ's and meeting Slash from Guns'n'Roses.  Now Natelle likes to help others fulfill their cooking dreams by training the next generation at Bentley TAFE and inspiring new chefs to achieve their culinary goals.
