'Wyldly Free – Desert Lime Bitters'

Let us introduce to you WyldlyFree – a tonic of desert lime and bitters. Off the success of our Kepa Kwab beverage we have been brewing new ideas for another alcohol-free soda drink for our Beautiful Water series. Wyldly Free was created to give new life to desert limes that would have otherwise gone to waste—perfectly embodying our commitment to resourcefulness and lowering waste.

Wyldly Free is sugar free, has very low calories, and with a comforting hint of ginger it is the perfect drink for a parched palate on a hot day. This modern Australian classic is refreshing and crisp, so good it won’t last long in the fridge!

The beautiful artwork reflected on Wyldly Free was created through one of our training programs with students from Belmont City College. Over the ten weeks and in collaboration with top WA chefs, industry professionals, Belmont City College and Elder Dale Tilbrook, students were involved in everything from flavour extraction and development/blending to marketing and label artwork design to create a new non-alcoholic beverage. Young Emerging Artist Kayley Anne Emery worked alongside the students to develop the artwork for their beverage during their 10-week course.

All profits from Wyldly Free go back into our Djinda Ngardak program, our signature youth culinary program which provides mentoring, innovative food education and employment pathways for First Nations youth.
